A session-based iOS monitoring tool that helped parents understand a child's environment during gaming and leisure time, using short audio and image samples with on-device risk scoring — privacy-first by design.

A travel companion that answered one question fast: when do I need to leave, and will I make my flight comfortably? Combining TSA wait times, flight status, and traffic-aware drive times into a single clear answer.

Log the things you're thankful for, the good moments, and the small things that help you de-stress, then let others leave encouragement on your board. BlessedBoard brings all your blessings together into one view, so you can take in the full picture.

A family app that turns activity into screen time. Kids earn device time by getting active — walk a half-mile, hit a step goal — and Pace to Play rewards it by unlocking the TV, Xbox, or other devices through Apple HomeKit, the same smart-outlet approach Kiddo Sentinel uses. Healthy habits in, playtime earned.

A craigslist-style marketplace to buy and sell cars — loaded photo galleries, embedded YouTube walkarounds with thumbnails, detailed descriptions, and search with rich filtering. Sellers can generate a QR code to print as a vinyl decal or order with their listing; we mail it to them to apply to the rear windshield, so passersby can scan straight to the car's listing in the app or on the web.
